Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful self-healing and personal growth tool that utilises a specific breathing technique to facilitate deep emotional release, inner exploration, and spiritual connection. During a conscious connected breathwork session, participants engage in a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern without pausing between inhales and exhales. This deep, intentional breathing allows individuals to access and release stored emotions, trauma, and tension held within the body and subconscious mind.
Through this process, participants often experience a profound sense of relaxation, clarity, and emotional catharsis. Many people report feeling lighter, more centered, and more connected to their inner selves and the world around them after a breathwork session.
If you are looking to explore your inner world, release emotional baggage, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being and connection, conscious connected breathwork may be a powerful practice to incorporate into your life.

Benefits

More
A breathwork session is performed lying down on a yoga mat, bolster under the knees, a blanket to keep them warm and an optional eye mask. It is performed by inhaling through the nose or mouth with a gentle gaping mouth and exhaling through the mouth with a relaxed jaw.
The participant is active in their inhale and passive in their exhale-taking deep breaths in through the nose or mouth and then simply ‘letting go’ through the mouth on the exhale. As the participant continues to breathe, they will begin to connect the breath removing any pauses between the inhale and exhale.
The session is guided by a breathwork coach and accompanied by music to support the journey.
It is worth being aware of some of the physical, mental, and emotional experiences which are common for breathers. Many will experience a dry mouth for the first few minutes of the
session, changes in body temperature or tingling in the body-particularly in the extremities.
These physical changes are common as we move to this unique way of breathing and will disappear when the participant comes back to their normal breath.
‘Tetany’ which involves a cramping in the fingers can also occur sometimes and is usually due to the participant being too forceful with their exhale. Again, this will stop when the participant softens their exhale or returns to their normal breath.
The emergence of emotions and old memories in these sessions are also quite common and allow an opportunity for emotional release. We recommend participants not try to ‘figure out’ or interpret any emotions that arise but instead allow themselves to express whatever emotion is present.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. It can also be carried out on the hands, ears or face. These points are known as reflexes and are worked on to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. These reflex points are believed to correspond to the different organs, systems, and parts of the body. By working on these points, a reflexologist aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body in restoring balance and harmony.
The practice is a gentle therapy that can benefit people of all ages and health conditions.
Clients often find the experience deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, with some experiencing immediate relief from physical discomfort and emotional stress.
Stress Relief
Reflexology can help reduce stress and tension, promoting a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
Pain Management

Improved Circulation

Enhanced Energy Levels

Detoxification
Reflexology may aid in the removal of toxins from the body and support the body's natural detoxification processes.
Improved Sleep

Balanced Emotions
Reflexology can help promote emotional well-being by reducing anxiety, improving mood, and enhancing overall mental clarity.

Energy Healing
Energy healing is a holistic practice that involves working with the body's energetic field and the energy of the systems of the body to promote health, balance, and well-being. The concept is based on the idea that the body has an energy field that can become disrupted or imbalanced, leading to physical, emotional, or spiritual issues. Energy healing techniques aim to restore harmony and flow to this energy field, facilitating the body's natural ability to heal itself.
The methods used are Reiki, Kundalini Reiki and Rahanni Celestial Healing.
Energy healing can be done both in person or through distance healing which means you do not need to be present during an appointment.
Overall, energy healing offers a holistic approach to health and wellness, addressing not only physical symptoms but also emotional and spiritual aspects of a person's well-being.
Clients often report feeling more balanced, relaxed, and rejuvenated after energy healing sessions.
Stress Reduction
Energy healing can help reduce stress and promote relaxation, which can have a positive impact on overall well-being.

Energy work can help release emotional blockages, grief, trauma and negative patterns, allowing clients to experience emotional healing and increased mental clarity.
Improved Energy Flow
By balancing the body's energy systems, energy healing can enhance the flow of vital energy throughout the body, promoting feelings of vitality and wellness.
Enhanced Immune Function
Some studies suggest that energy healing may support the body's natural healing processes and strengthen the immune system.
Spiritual Growth
Energy work can help clients connect with their inner selves, increase self-awareness, and promote spiritual growth and development.
