Align is a 6 week Immersive Journey of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Meditation.

 

Join us for a transformative experience where each session guides you into a deep state of relaxation allowing you to connect to your true self. In this sacred space, you'll cultivate a sense of safety and trust within yourself, releasing accumulated stress, anxiety and unresolved emotions.

Over a 6 week period we will gather every Wednesday @ 8pm online to focus on nurturing the mind, body and soul. By engaging in this Conscious Connected Breathwork and Meditation practice, you will have the opportunity to move away from the busyness of the conscious mind and begin to develop a deeper relationship and connection to your true self, without the chatter!

 

Each week, we’ll gently release the accumulated tension and stress that we all carry in our bodies and minds. In today’s fast-paced world, it's so common to feel overwhelmed by emotions, beliefs, fears, and daily pressures but this course will help you recognise and unwind these.

My Story

...and why I created this course

I spent so many years feeling disconnected from my true self, not really knowing who I was or where I was going in life. I faced challenges with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, and frequently felt stressed and overwhelmed. I carried the weight of unresolved emotions from my past. I knew something needed to change I just didn’t know where to start.

 

This work that I do now is very deeply grounded in some of the most impactful lessons and experiences that I’ve encountered on my own path. It’s why I believe in them so much. Breathwork being the most profound and most transformative. 

 

Through my own direct and personal experience with Breathwork I gained a real sense of connection to myself. For the very first time, I began to feel safe in my body which allowed me to finally release the emotional burdens I carried for so long. And the benefits were instant-I felt the positive impact after my very first session!

FAQ's

 

When does it begin?

We start at 8pm on Wednesday April 16th and will gather every week, for 6 weeks, on Zoom. 

 

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

All live sessions are recorded and sent to your inbox within 24 hours. Recordings are available throughout the 6 week programme and for an additional 6 weeks after it ends. This will allow you the time and space to integrate, revisit and move through them at your own pace.

 

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing technique that involves a continuous, rhythmic pattern of inhalation and exhalation. This practice encourages individuals to connect deeply with their breath, facilitating emotional release, self-discovery, and healing. 

By eliminating pauses between breaths, participants can enter altered states of consciousness, allowing them to explore their thoughts and feelings more profoundly. It can enhance mindfulness, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. This type of Breathwork is the foundation of our live sessions.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes, Align is suitable for beginners. Over the 6 weeks we will work through 3 "Levels" of Conscious Connected Breathwork. This way you will be introduced to different techniques and access deeper parts of yourself while feeling safe and supported in the process.

Week 1 & 2 we will practice Level 1.

Week 2 & 3 we will practice Level 2.

Week 5 & 6 we will practice Level 3.

Do I need to have my camera on for the sessions?

No you don't. As we record all our live sessions cameras are switched off for your privacy. 

Do I need to talk in the live sessions or share anything?

No you don't. I log on 15 minutes before the live start time if anyone wants to chat. You will be guided through the session and at the end I encourage people to continue to stay in that relaxed state. 

 If  anyone wishes to chat about their experience or needs additional support I always encourage participants to reach out 1:1 within the Group Forum or through Email.

What’s the investment?

This six-week course is priced at just €111.

There are two payment options.

Option 1: Pay the full amount on registration.

Option 2: Pay €37 on registration followed by 2 additional payments of €37 every fortnight thereafter.

If this doesn’t suit your financial situation, please reach out and we can arrange a payment plan better suited to you. My preference is always to support anyone interested in the course to ensure that they have the opportunity to participate and create positive change.

 

What do I need to take part? 

A phone/tablet or laptop. 

A quiet and comfortable place to lie down (undisturbed).

A blanket, an eye mask and head phones will all add to your experience. 

 

Are there any Contraindications? 

Yes, certain contraindications should be considered to ensure safety. 

Please know that in general Conscious Connected Breathwork is a healing, enjoyable and empowering practice.
For those who may be experiencing issues with health here’s a list of common contraindications and advice:

Cardiovascular Conditions: Those with serious heart issues, high blood pressure, or a history of stroke should avoid this practice.

Severe Mental Health Issues: Individuals with severe anxiety, psychosis, or a history of trauma may find the experience overwhelming and should consult a professional before participating.

Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in breathwork.

Epilepsy: Those with epilepsy should avoid this practice unless cleared by a healthcare professional.

Recent Surgeries or Injuries: Individuals recovering from surgery or serious injuries should refrain from breathwork until fully healed.

Substance Abuse: Current substance abuse issues may affect the experience and should be addressed before participating.

Respiratory Conditions: People with serious respiratory issues (e.g., severe asthma, COPD) should consult a healthcare provider prior to engaging in breathwork.

Eye Conditions: Detached Retina or Glaucoma.

6 Week Overview

Week 1 - Connect

Reconnect with your Inner-Self. Gently move your focus away from the outside distractions of life and start to harbour feelings of connection and safety within yourself.

Week 2 - Remember

Remember with the hopes and dreams you once had and the moments in your past that brought you true joy. Who you were before the world told you, you should be?

Week 3 - Accept

Visit the parts of yourself that bring discomfort or feelings of rejection or shame. Learn to practice compassion and self acceptance in these shadows.

Week 4 - Embody

Unhealed versions of you will continue to exist and form who you are today. Revisit difficult times in your life as you continue to nurture and heal all the versions of you that have ever existed.

Week 5 - Release

Emotions are not good and bad, they serve as information to help us navigate through life. Recognise the emotions you supressed in the past and give yourself permission to let them go.

Week 6 - Align

Experience the Strength, Power, and Potential you've always had within.

End the journey having uncovered true Empowerment and Alignment.
