I recently had the privilege of experiencing a Somatic Alignment Session with Gráinne, and it was a truly transformative experience.  Her expertise and compassionate approach make her an exceptional practitioner.   The initial consultation and thorough explanation of this therapy allowed me to prepare and relax into the session.  Gráinne's intuitive understanding of my needs, allowed her to identify areas of concern in my body.  As Gráinne worked her magic, I could feel the energy shifting within me. There was a moment when I felt a significant release of energy.  This release was followed by a sensation of warmth and lightness that spread throughout my body, distributing the newfound energy.  Gráinne's expertise in Breathwork, Reflexology, and Energy Healing is seamlessly integrated into the session, providing a truly bespoke and holistic approach to healing. I highly recommend Somatic Alignment to anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, low energy or if you just need some self-care. Gráinne's honesty, integrity, and authenticity shine through in her practice.
